This case was the first successful case that inspired us to master in doing business in Brazil.
A multinational German company needed to enter into the Brazilian market to manufacture car parts that are used on the automotive industry. At the same time, they needed the technology and expertise of a Japanese corporation that manufactured a very specific component to be added to the final product.
