WORLD TRADE WEEK
Brasco Enterprises is proud to announce that it will be sponsoring the 93rd anniversary of the World Trade Week, founded in 1926 by the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. This internationally renowned annual initiative has become the largest celebration highlighting the benefits of global trade in the United States. In 2018, over 800 prominent business executives, diplomats, government and civic leaders attended the WTW Breakfast to hear remarks from global and corporate leaders about the importance of regional business executives to become more engaged in building commercial, cultural and industrial bridges with global markets. The Los Angeles region remains one of the nation’s most important customs districts, handling over $400 billion in exports and imports annually. Nearly 500,000 jobs in Los Angeles County are directly tied to international trade, making it one of the largest employment cluster in the local economy.
The event will take place on May 2nd, 2019, at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown Hotel, at 900 Wilshire Bvld., Los Angeles, CA, 90017.
